Short Answer

YES, IT IS LEGAL.
But that short answer is not good enough these days, is it?
Our minds need more words before they are convinced.
If Jesus came back and said to you, "Follow Me",
these days people would ask for his Degrees, certifications, and which New York Times Bestsellers he wrote before agreeing.
Long Answer:
You will find that on the Victoria Police Website.
In Victoria, there are about 1000 times more Laws and consequences controlling Liquor and
Tobacco than there are for Sex Work. Which is fair because Drink driving kills, and Tobacco gives people second-hand smoke they didn't ask for.

Is Tantra considered Sex Work?
Unfortunately, it is. We would love for it to be classified as a therapeutic, medicinal or health service, but the world just isn't ready to accept that yet. For now, we will have to settle for the UGLY title of "SEX-WORK".
Come from countries where sex work is Illegal?

If you're coming from a country that heavily regulates or condemns Sex-Work such as the Middle East or Indonesia. You might be hesitant or worried that you're doing something wrong when you book in for a Yoni massage or a Tantric Goddess Worship session. The Law in Victoria, Australia, is very clear. As long as you have consent and you're not hurting the other person, it's completely legal to exchange money for Sex Work. Stories of Women from the Middle East and Africa.
Sometimes women will need to travel to the other side of the world, just to feel loving sexual touch in safety. One Goddess from the United Arab Emirates told me that in her home country, women can't even give other women a nude massage, Bras and Underwear must always be worn, or it becomes Illegal! I was shocked to learn how an entire culture could condemn two women for consensually bringing each other to pleasure; if they do, they are considered worthy of HELL! what insanity!
Another woman, from Sudan. She was in Australia for 20 years, but still her family and culture forbid her from actually questioning her lack of pleasure from sex. She was forbidden from seeking help to enjoy her sex life. She came for a Goddess Worship session, and slowly, after a few sessions, began to accept that pleasure is not wrong and orgasms don't make her a sinner.
Pleasure is your birthright. Even if Tantra was illegal where I lived, I would still do it underground; helping women achieve bliss is a cause worthy of risk to me!
See you soon for a Tantric Experience, I hope.
Peace and Harmony, Yussif.
